Great place. Good service. Very cooperative staff. Pleasant handover. Very knowledgeable sales team.they know the product and they understand your needs. Definitely look at them before you make a decision to buy car. In fact all there showrooms share the same attitude of customer service.

Recently bought Honda city ZX-CVT from Shubh Honda and besides the the excellent product, the Staff response and genuineness was commendable. They resolve tiny issues in the first call, and just for our delivery they waited with their staff on a Sunday which is generally off day which I feel was heartwarming. The product still in 2022 is better than any competition be it The Virtus or Slavia the Honda city has some classic taste to it with mind boggling I-vtech punch and the tech features!! Don't ask✨👌

In my case they were just awesome, staff, managers , owner, and event the gatekeeper wale bhaiya, polite, trustworthy and open. side shabdon me... yanha aapka C***ia nai katega. They are so transparent and flexible.

One of the finest examples of best customer service. I have dropped off my out of town Honda City -2021, with a bursted tyre and dented body. They have quickly advised me for insurance claim, and shared the supporting documentation within 10 mins. All support by Mr. Devender ji and his efficient staff Mr. Prem Sahu. For a spare that was not available, they went overboard to source an original spare elsewhere and delivered the vehicle within 8 working days, which would have taken 20+ days due to non availability of the spare. They have made effort that all information is transparent and a Honda owner from out of state shouldn't be affected and delayed. Of the numerous dealers I have interacted, they are the best, defining Customer Satisfaction
